OK, a pretty mess but still a big old daisy mess. They're flopping in an artistic way this week, but soon I'll have to crawl in there and hack these big plants down to the ground. And hope for no bumble bee nests. (Not exactly November yet, but a little reminder we're turning the corner and the perennial orgy is winding down.) In August, there is something nice about seeing a bit of space here and there.
