On Saturdays in Twisp during the summer months, there is a nice little market at the community center just across the street from Tom and Amanda's house. It isn't a big market, but a classy place to buy organic produce, baked goods, crafts and local art. Amanda and I sat for a minute and listened to this jazz trio and drank a "lavender" lemonade. Sorry it tasted a bit like hand lotion but the market ambiance and morning sun was great! The Methow Valley has a thriving arts community with music, theater and all types of visual arts.
