I haven't reported lately on progress of The Wall. With all the banging in the rain, it feels like we're living next door to Noah.
Not an ark, but quite an ambitious project whatever the ultimate goal. It looks like the trench will eventually be filled with dirt, making a high level surface along the top of the reinforced underground barrier. Who knows what goes on top of that? In other words, some sort of gigantic planter is shaping up. I have to admire the extreme industry and ambition for something that makes almost no sense. To me, at least.
Well, Mrs. Nosy needs to mind her own business and get busy in her own yard. The big chore now is getting a jump on the weeds, without accidentally ripping out the tulips. It's still unpleasantly cold to be outside for long, with highs only in the 40's. As soon as the temperature consistently exceeds 50 degrees, time to hang the mason bee house and release the captive larvae. Oh, so looking forward to happy warm days ahead.
