It's a slow news morning in Seattle. I don't know what Bertha is up to. There were some rumors circulating of more delays, but the DOT seems to be keeping bad news under wraps.
Our evening TV entertainment is watching the excellent Kevin Spacey in House of Cards, Season 4, streamed on Netflix. We aren't exactly binge-watching, but we sure got up to episode 6 fast. It's addictive. Thank goodness the liver transplant went well! (Oops, that's a spoiler.)
And oh yes, last night we watched the last episode of Downton Abbey. Thank you, Julian Fellows. Everyone is finally happy at Downton, at least the ones who most deserve it, like Lady Edith and Anna.
It's another soggy week coming up. How soggy? Since October, we've had 108 days of measurable rain, that's just over 2 out of every 3 days this fall and winter. Which is just about non-stop rain. It's always green here in the Spring, but this year it's over the top green. A good color.
