A blown rose
The first and last roses are the most beautiful. Seattle has had over a week of 80 degree days and it might be close to 90 on Sunday, setting some sort of record for September. This has done a good job of "blowing" all the roses. It's very dry and wildfires are burning across the northwest. The moon has been a weird blood red for those up early enough (or out late enough) to see it setting in the west.
