Go Hawks (again)

This poster has been hanging on our basement wall for almost 30 years.  Yes, that's our own Amanda  (who was quite an athlete herself) in the center, with two of the greatest Seattle football players ever:  Steve Largent and Kurt Warner.

Not only that, they were nice enough to visit to her elementary school to pose with the little  gymnastics group, and then take the time to leave an autograph with each kid in the picture. If that happened these days, it would be an media event on CNN.

Fast forward to Beast Mode

Marshawn Lynch uses Skittles to fuel the Beast Mode. The Seattle fans throw them on the field like confetti.  Is it possible I've lived this long, and never eaten a single "Skittle?"  But I bought my package and like the rest of Seattle, I'm ready for the big game tonight.  Steak and Skittles. Go Hawks!
