Nothing says hope for the future like planting fall bulbs. Especially this year, looking into the tunnel of a long, dark, uncertain winter.
Spring seems like a lifetime away. I don't take anything for granted these days, and I can't assume we'll be here to see these tulips and daffodils next April. But I know someone will.
Each day is a gift, as they say. And quite "lengthy" presents they are!
