I talked to Nova and Maya yesterday, and they were so excited because they had just picked up their long-awaited chick order at the Twisp feed store. Only 2 days hatched, the five tiny hens made it through the first night in a warm lighted box in the bathroom. That's a good sign.
Quite a project, but they've been studying and getting ready for weeks now. Good luck, girls!
